THE PILATES METHOD is an exercise system focused on improving flexibility and strength for the whole body without building bulky muscles. It is a series of intentionally controlled movements engaging your body and mind. Pilates promotes physical harmony and balance for people of all ages and physical conditions while providing a refreshing and energizing workout.

Pilates lessons are 55 minutes to an hour. Appointments must be scheduled. Cancellation required 24 hours in advance.
CLASSES (sign up)
Pilates Trio Reformer/Tower
Trio Pilates classes are also 55 minutes to an hour. Three people at a time are trained on the Reformers and Tower/Cadillac. Classes are scheduled and require sign up.
